BBB are proud to be a contributor to the Inclusive Research Hub. This is a living resource developed by the Inclusive Research Collective in collaboration with the University of Bristol’s People Development Team.
The Hub was created to support researchers in making their work more equitable, inclusive, and reflexive. Recognising that research can sometimes reinforce existing social inequalities, the Hub provides a starting point for reflection, key concepts, and practical ideas for change. The Hub is structured around key stages of the research process, with each section exploring important topics related to inclusive research practice. You do not need to work through the sections in order, you can engage with the toolkit in whatever way is most useful and relevant to your work. It encourages creative, context-sensitive approaches and welcomes ongoing contributions to support collective learning and improvement. You can also contribute to the Hub. Your feedback helps improve research quality, sharpen methods, and keep the resource responsive and relevant.
